From first viewing to keys
- Register Area, budget, move date. We call you when something fits.
- View Accompanied, seven days a week, evenings included.
- Offer Rent, term and start date put to the landlord the same day.
- References Employment, previous landlord and right to rent, usually within days.
- Move in Signed agreement, deposit registered, inventory, keys.
What you'll need to hand
Having these ready is the difference between referencing taking two days and two weeks.
- Photo ID and proof of right to rent
- Three months' payslips or bank statements
- Employer contact for a reference
- Previous landlord or agent details
- Proof of current address
- Guarantor details, if you're a student
