North West Properties has been letting, selling and managing London property since 2002. We've moved office twice in that time and now work from Glengall Road, but the way we work hasn't changed: one team, dealing with people directly.
It also means a tenant list that most agencies our size don't have. When a property comes to us we are often calling people who are already looking, which is why our landlords' properties rarely sit empty — and why some are let the same day they become available.

We also build, refurbish and run development projects
Alongside lettings and sales we take on development projects from single-flat refurbishments to full schemes, plus general building and construction work. If a property needs work before it can let or sell, we can price it and do it rather than hand you a list of trades.
