Tenant fees
What you can be charged when you rent through us, and what you cannot.
Letting agents in England are required to publish their fees. The figures have not been supplied,
so the table has deliberately been left empty rather than filled with plausible-looking numbers.
Add them to $FEES at the top of tenant-fees.php and the table below will
replace this notice.
What we cannot charge you
Under the Tenant Fees Act 2019 a letting agent in England may not charge a tenant for viewings, referencing, credit checks, inventories, administration, renewing a tenancy, or a professional clean at the end of it. If you are ever asked to pay any of these, the charge is not lawful.
Your deposit
Any deposit you pay is registered with a government-approved tenancy deposit protection scheme, and you will be given the scheme details and the prescribed information within the time the law allows.
Client Money Protection and redress
We are covered by Client Money Protection and are members of a government-approved redress scheme, alongside a deposit protection scheme. The scheme names and membership numbers appear in the footer of every page once confirmed.
If something goes wrong
Tell us first and we will try to sort it — our complaints procedure sets out how. If we cannot resolve it between us, you can take the matter to our redress scheme free of charge.
